Neal D. Presa was moderator of the 220th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). He is associate pastor of Village Community Presbyterian Church in Rancho Santa Fe, California, and Extraordinary Associate Professor of Practical Theology of North-West University in Potschefstroom, South Africa. An active speaker, he has served as the vice chair of the General Assembly Council, chair of the Special Committee on the Heidelberg Catechism, and on the executive committees of the World Alliance of Reformed Churches and the World Communion of Reformed Churches.
