Full of inaccuracies and unsupported assertions that are likely embellishments taken from editor Ewing’s interview notes. This is a thin 12-Page pamphlet from a charitable foundation that seeks to paint a glowing portrait of Admiral Nimitz as a pious and optimistic Texan—nothing wrong with that except the actual narratives are lined with questionable anecdotes, superficial conclusions, and an ample layer of horse feathers.
