Simply brilliant. Every business executive needs to read this. I agree with "The American Banker" that it is "an important contribution to the literature of business psychology". I'll surely return to review this book as it is one whose concepts prove useful to everyday business activities.

An early industrial-organizational psychologist's attempt to show how psychology was essential for corporations' drive to efficiency (that it wasn't just all scientific management, industrial engineers). The book is dated yet still timely in many places, far ahead of its time in discussion of rest and relaxation as well as habit formation.
