Helpful tips on building Core values in a business
Everything in business starts with authentic interactions with people. This book focuses on a team of developers, business people and designers who work together in a collaborative environment. An Agile team has to be able to manage resources and make rapid decisions. This book helps explain quality assurance, risk management, as well as resource management. Also, I learned a lot from the section on best practices for agile governance, which would mean empowering and energizing delivery teams. There is a ton of information in this small book to help any project manager take their teams to another level.

Looking Forward to Learning
Most of my work experience deals with either familial team dynamics or in areas where software development was a solo task. To kill two birds with one stone, this book helped introduce a more team centered management approach that covers everything I was previously lacking. I will be building my own team soon, so brushing up on these pros & cons all in one place was perfect for my needs. Not only were they to the point, they were more traversable with the undoubtedly certain possibility of change. It also explained how to integrate our software among the team in a way conducive to the clients preferences.
