Fighting men are men that fight because they are hired to do so. Sherman Dahl is one such man. He is hired by a rich man to kill those who killed his child. He tempts death, but wears a bulletproof vest as insurance. The action is fast paced. The characters well developed. The book is what you expect from Cotton. While he is no L’Amour, he is one of the best of the next generation.
