This is the second time I've read this book (in the 20 years I've had the book). It is the third book in the FIT FOR LIFE series program. I love it because there are no pressures to eat ONLY a certain way (in other words, you can be a vegetarian, a vegan or a meat eater-no pressure to be either or). The principles are sound, reasonable, and workable around busy schedules; and there are no judgments to be a certain "label"(ie, you need to be a "vegan"). From the books I have read on health, this book is consistent with how I feel I should personally eat and take care of my body.

The food combining rules are not difficult to follow, and there will be times you may need to relax those rules. In this third book there are some food combination changes that are a bit different (and relaxed) in what was said in the first two books. They did some more research and found some new information in that area.

I liked a lot of the recipes in the back of the book. They sound delicious and easy to make. I also like some of the exercises that will be good for the body too, and they do not require any special gadgets, joining a gym or whatever. They are exercises you can do using a wall, a chair, the floor, etc.

All in all, an easy book to follow and no stressful guidelines (at least for me). I'll be keeping this book and using it as a reference on my health journey.
