This textbook includes many examples and problems along with quotes from various scientists and even some poets. This would be a good supplemental text for someone wanting to study physics.

Emma was the governess for the Slushmore family after putting the two girls to bed she heard her best friend Jane scream out and knew exactly what was happening the oldest in only son lord rattle Slushmoor had an awful reputation among the staff for taking advantage of upstairs is made and that is exactly what her friend Jane did for the family. She felt she had no choice but to defend her friends honor and virtue and ultimately stab Sir Rattle in the back twice upon him passing out she knew her and Jane had to flee. This is how they found their self and Willoughby. As soon as Jane and Emma stepped off the coach James like went from a nightmare to a dream come true because her long lost Love was just getting to his business as a barrister and noticed her immediately that is where The two friends we’re staying win The barrister invited his best friend Lord Spencer Cordcave. A man Emma thought was one of the most handsome men she ever seen up close and personally. Over dinner she learned he had two daughters and he was a widow his wife Carolyn drowned in the lake behind their house. Although Spencer had been a widow for years he had no plans of changing your situation anytime soon but after meeting Miss Emma Sullivan he was intrigued by her smart whip in the care she displayed when just talking about his children that she didn’t even know. Ever since the death of his wife he couldn’t look at his youngest daughter because she looked just like her mother Caroline and when they were drowning he grabbed her instead of his wife who ultimately drowned. Little did Spencer know but Emma would change his life for the better but before they could have a happily ever after her past will find her in want retribution. I don’t read Regency romances a lot but if it has a good summary I am down to read it and after reading A Lesson Learned by Laura Landon I would definitely be interested to read more books by her I found the story intriguing I thought her historical accuracy was well done and the storyline was very interesting and in a book in which you know how it’s going to end that is very important I definitely recommend this book to Regency roommates friends especially those who don’t like inaccuracies when it comes to historical detail because I think Miss Landon has done her due diligence and ultimately has written a great romance story. I could’ve done without the last chapter but having said that it was still a great read. I want to thank the publisher and NetGalley for my free arc copy. Please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate my review.

I loved this story and it was good to see Mrs. Dove-Lyon makes another great match in this enemy to lovers marriage. I loved the unique twist they put on their wedding vows which made me laugh out loud. I also loved the strong woman that Olivia has become even though she has not always had things easy. I felt for Thomas and the secrets he has kept that is slowly destroying him. The story is well written and very entertaining. It is full of compassion and at times you just want to cry. It’s a wonderful story and I was glad for them to have their HEA but the road was not always easy. It’s definitely worth reading and I would highly recommend it.

Miss Olivia Rose Jameson wants revenge. Viscount of Ashbury wants nothing to do with women. He only married to please his father. But his true love died long ago.
I absolutely adore the lyons den tales especially when they depict Mrs. Dove-Lyon as the perfect widow/match maker and this book lives up to that reputation. Wonderfully written by Sookoo, engaging, romantic and finding love where it is hidden.

In true Dove-Lyon fashion, two souls are brought together to find their purpose in life. The beginning of this story was a bit difficult to dive into as it seemed to be dark and filled with anger. Yet, as it moved along one could begin to find the warmth and beauty in it. Life as we know it is a roller coaster ride with many ups and downs and this author does an amazing job of demonstrating this throughout the entire story. Beautifully written and crafted, a sure inspiring hit.
Thank you to NetGalley and Dragonsblade for a complimentary ARC of this book. The opinions herein are my own.

Another Lyons den success.

Thomas and Olivia are complex characters linked by one other Cynthia.

Thomas loved Cynthia but lost her and during child birth. Olivia thinks Thomas killed Cynthia and wants to take revenge. Book starts out with both of them being forced into a marriage.

Lots iof hard discussions later, Thomas and Olivia learn to leave their pasts behind and move together for a better future.

Really lovely read with depth of emotions

They bonded over music...

Theodora is the youngest iof the Grace sisters. She's intrigued by Damian, the Earl of Grimsby. Damian is loked in the past and wears a mask to hide his scars. He denies himself joy and happiness because of his tragic past. Theodroa is persistent, though. They actually don't spend too much time together and its a long slow build in a rather short book.
Recommend.

Thomas and Olivia are both grieving. Although Olivia initially wants to end Thomas' life, after airing the truth, both seem to work on their friendship and, eventually, romantic feelings.

I enjoyed how the characters grew, the mutual respect, and how they helped each other overcome their tragic pasts and build something new just for themselves. A lovely read!
