This book is excatly what it claims to be. A book for everyone. From the beginner to the experienced practitioner of yoga. It explains in details each asana, and I like that it recommends simpler ways to practice each asana if you experience difficulties with the original one. I really enjoyed the part that is dedicated to the kids. All the sections are extremely interesting:yoga therapy, meditation, and routine practice among them. I highly reccomend it to anyone that enjoys practicing yoga. Great read!
