Fantastic collection of Damh's earlier song lyrics - wonderful to have them printed out like this (even though I don't play music, and will never use the book for that purpose!) the lyrics remain as powerful and beautiful even when read without the music (just as all great lyrics do!). A very nice collection of black and white photographs accompany the lyrics too - and while it might have been nice to have had more details and insights into the creation of each song and the meanings woven into them, it is still a book I would strongly recommend to any fan of this amazing bard!

One of my most-used books of all time. haha. Great resource to play all the good ol' Damh songs! I can almost play all of them, now! (In fact, the vast majority of the songs I DO know how to play are just Damh's songs. lol). Damh the Bard and this book was one of the catalysts that got me into seriously playing music.
Now, where's book 2? :P
