I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, a book that kept me up far too late at night because I didn’t want to put it down. If you have girls, this is a book you simply must read! I originally borrowed this book from the local library, however I have since purchased my own copy simply so that I can keep going back to it. Although this book is a great tool for parents, I personally think it would also be a great read for teenage girls themselves.

Everyone should read this book - not only mothers of daughters, but fathers of sons too!!! It explains straight forward how the society has created an environment almost impossible for young girls to manoeuvre through to adulthood without emotional traumas. Dannielle is a role model to all of us - and the book gives the insight that small measures go a very long way. Read - recommend and don't ever stop talking about this book to everyone you encounter!
