Thorough and easy to read. Addresses all of the food-related topics I'd like to know before traveling somewhere: history, regional specialties, words and phrases to know; a comprehensive list of dishes, with notes; how to shop for food, etc. Well done, and recommended to anyone going to Poland or just interested in Polish cuisine.
