The book is 27 years old so some of the concepts are outdated

However , there are three timeless concepts here that any business or organization can apply and make it worth the read

Bifocal vision :: keeping an eye on the now day to day
But with a eye also on what’s ahead

Wrap your organization around each customer
Keep costumer focused and exceeding their expectations and profits will follow

Eat change for breakfast

Embrace change and be grateful you get to be a part of it
