Picked this up at the Saratoga National Battlefield bookstore. A relatively short (60 pages), well illustrated and highly accessible guide to important topics of the French and Indian War period.
Concentrating on the New York and Pennsylvania regions, it introduces a large number of important topics that are often understated or lost in more comprehensive histories of the period.
I would recommend this book for someone just starting to learn about the period.
