simply did not like this guy, typical political bragging about himself but he of course has some good ideas. Stick to your ideas and leave your bio out of it.

I grew up in NY. All Badillo did here was repeat the state of the NYC school system at that time. He spewed out his personal opinions and experiences as a politician and as a New Yorker and did nothing to inform the reader about the particulars of assimilation.
