If you are not an educator, put this book down. Several really key, and exciting, ideas for forming positive systems throughout an education system. We all know consistency is key in changing behavior and this book tells how to implement that. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of words and much education-speak to do so. Still, it was worth the read.
