An interesting book which illustrates how confusing government advice on eating is. There are no real experts and the rise of obesity continues. However the book goes on to suggest an eating plan that reduces starches drastically.
Personally, I think it is all about moderation and knowing what choices to make in a day, in a week. If more people cooked their own meals from fresh ingredients we would have a much healthier nation.

useful & interesting, backed up with science. i read the first chapter & the summary, skim read the rest. i'm not obese or overweight, & intend to stay that way. if you are either, definitely worth reading & considering changing your eating habits. it makes sense & works.
