This is a wonderful book for anyone who wants to learn about rugby or whoever is interested in becoming a better rugby player. It gives very detail on how to play the sport as well as the rules. The book recommends effective practice of playing techniques and gives a range of self-test drills that players can use to improve their rugby skills. The book also helps coaches by giving practice situations that help benefit players as a team. The authors of the book play rugby and are very experienced. There is no question, they know what they are talking about. It has pictures and diagrams as well. It gives in depth detail into how rugby was created and how it has evolved. I have never played rugby but I have friends that have started. I got this book to learn the rules so I can watch games and I now understand quite a bit about the game. I definitely recommend this book.
