I actually really liked it ... was inquisitive as had attended the same school as Anna ... she had amazing hair even then ... I didn't follow the plan strictly as i just wanted to taste good foods and needed remotivating, so took away some principles and now love rye bread and unlike other 'ways of eating' I do see where this is coming from. I dip in and out for ideas and recipes and have converted a couple of my friends to her culinary delights ... had it on my ipad so can take it anywhere - ipad is better than kindle for this one as the screen is bigger etc.
