Change is always challenging, but having the right approach makes a huge difference. Clear communication and Board Results 2025 involving the team early can really help ease resistance.

Great book. A wealth of knowledge. There is a lot of name dropping, and written in a bit of a dry tone, but worth getting through it. I have taken many 1-2 sentence quotes that I can keep handy for getting my mind in the right place to develop my leadership skills.
