Dawn Beck is an Air Force veteran, educator, and multi-genre author. Born and raised in the Lone Star State of Texas, she now resides in sunny Florida with her two cats and two dogs. Her daughter proudly serves in the U.S. Air Force, continuing the family's legacy of service. Dawn holds a B.A. in Early Childhood/Primary Education and is also certified in Business Education and Technology. With over 14 years of teaching experience from PreK to 10th grade, she currently serves as an Assistant Principal, where she champions whole-brain learning and student engagement.

Dawn's passion for storytelling spans across genres. She is the author of An Onomatopoeia Adventure, a children's book that takes young readers on a magical journey filled with adventure, friendship, and the wonders of sounds and words. She is also the creator of The Illusion Code Trilogy, a gripping dystopian science fiction series that explores themes of technology, human resilience, and the fight for free will. Whether writing for young learners or young adults, Dawn's mission is clear: to ignite imaginations, inspire curiosity, and take readers on unforgettable adventures.
