Steven J. Brams is one of the leading game theorists of his generation. This new edition includes brand new material on topics such as fallback bargaining and principles of rational negotiation.
Worth a read, although it must be noted the first edition of this book has been published 1990. While all concepts are very clearly described, naturally, none of them appear strikingly novel from today's perspective. However, the great virtue of this book is the application - chapter by chapter - of the theories laid out to real-world cases, which help greatly to underscore the practical difficulties and challenges "players" face.
