Read it mostly six years ago as self reflection during a period of abandonment and trying to figure out how to connect and find a mentor. Today I read the last half of chapter and dog eared some pages and drew out some stuff for work. Of course this book aims at supporting those that have a penchant for burn out and my current project is not that. But some principles in there are and will be pretty helpful.

A great introduction to the topic of mentoring. It helpfully lays the foundations for why mentoring is so important and gives a helpful framework for how to mentor.
