Very in-depth, this book thoroughly examines every single functionality of Windows NT 4.0 with plenty of pictures, tips and tricks, in a language comprehensible to enthusiasts and beginners alike. What's more interesting is that this guide would not be considered outdated today because modern Windows versions are still founded on the NT codebase, hence most of the suggestions found here are valid today, especially those found in the command prompt section.

Highly recommended!
