It's just stills from the first two episodes with speech bubbles and sound effect onomatopoeias overlaid. Comics and manga create pacing and dynamics by playing with the shape and size of their panels, but since this is just stills from the show all the panels are squares. They do change size, and do some playful things with breaks in panels, but this feels like a cheap cash in. Also the unique material teased on the back is a short, uninteresting interview with Steve Blum.
