This is humorous book about laziness and the consequences of trying to pass your work onto others. Kids who have multiple siblings especially will relate to this one.

I'm working on creating a booklist for my local public library. This book was one in consideration for this list.

This is also going on my final list (yes, I'm compiling the final list now). It's like My Little Car, in that is had engaging illustrations, and a wonderful story about responsibility. It's not directly related to manners, but it does cover an important concept for children to learn.

cheesy pictures. rabbit falls asleep with a "rootbeer" at the end? teaches a good lesson about laziness though.
