Catalogue of a Grolier Club exhibition held January 27 - March 26, 1999, recording 201 items--printed works, association copies, unpublished letters, and ephemera--drawn from the collection of David Lowenherz. Many of the letters and manuscripts are transcribed, and full notes are provided. The volume incorporates two unusual features. First, it includes an annotated selected bibliography of biography and criticism. In addition, three prints are inserted in a rear pocket. These prints comprise Thomas Nason's famous fence-post illustration (printed from the Spiral Press electrotype), and two artworks originally created for Frost by Leonard Baskin (Frost's profile) and by Antonio Frasconi (a pastoral scene inspired by Frost's poetry). Designed by Jerry Kelly and David H. Lowenherz, printed at the Stinehour Press.
