The name Datepistimatics comes from the words "data" (as facts), "epistimi" (science in Greek) and "matic" (willing to perform in Latin). Datepistimatics (the roots-and-stem of all Data Sciences) is a science of facts which goes beyond database-management and spreadsheets software, formulae and algorithms, mathematical calculations and models. It is a discipline constituting a replenished data-based epistemological platform for Statistics techniques, while deploying techniques in computer science, mathematics and other disciplines as complement tools in data analysis.
