Uses a fictional narrator to present true and historical facts about a famous American founder or social pioneer and to introduce their struggle and the time in which they lived.
This book was good for me because I had to learn about him and I received great information about his life besides the obvious things we are taught in school. We are taught about hardships he had to face during his life and how he was laughed at in England so he made an upstart colony in Philadelphia.
I liked the letters in the story. If you do not like history I would maybe not spend the money. I thought that the details made the story more interesting. It would be a good learning tool in school.
