About the author

Brandy is an author, speaker, curriculum developer and homeschooling parent from sunny coastal Georgia. She is a single mother of three children, including one with special needs. Brandy works full time outside the home as a curriculum developer and Instructional Systems Designer. She writes children's books and develops complete corresponding lesson plans. She also runs the website Exploring Expression, which focuses on effective communication, parenting, and homeschooling. In her “free” time she leads a Handbell choir and enjoys acting and volunteering at her local community theater and children’s theater.
