Susan Saunders might be the author best-suited to the format of the Bantam Skylark Choose Your Own Adventure series.

Attack of the Monster Plants is a creative story with a lot of choices that differ from the type usually seen in this series. Leslie Morrill's illustrations add nice dimension to the text.
