Absolutely banger of a Chinese historical political/military drama like novel but based on sapphic characters with a central sapphic couple but with very cut throat fight for the throne maneuvering plot.

Interesting, but lowkey boring in moments. I know it's the first volume and they are setting the stakes, still would like more movement in the plot.
