Great book! I just finished reading this to write a review celebrating the five years since it had been published. I never really had a lot of desire to read this book (I honestly thought it was about something else), but I'm so glad I finally read it. It's a fresh look at leadership and how God wired you to lead naturally. It spoke to me right where I am at right now, so perhaps it will do the same for you. The book is geared toward Children's Ministries; however, I believe the principles are universal.
