Welcome to Christmas in Serenity Point, Idaho. A year ago, Roman Wright had returned to Serenity Point with a purpose, but it wasn’t to stay. Now, he’s back, but once again, he has no intention of making his home in the town where his sisters live and where his worst nightmare had unfolded. He’s been out of their lives for well over a decade, but he hasn’t been unaware of what has been going on with them. His ability to keep track of them is just one of many secrets he keeps. Rebecca Clarke is grateful for the support of her brother, Darius, and his wife, Jocelyn, who also happens to be Rebecca’s best friend. They stepped in to help her as she faced a health crisis, insisting that she and her son move into their home. Though she hates that she needed the help, Rebecca had no choice but to accept it. Roman and Rebecca are thrown together when Darius and Jocelyn need their help to care for their son, Colby, while Jocelyn is hospitalized because of a complication with her pregnancy. During this time, they grow closer together, with Roman embracing Christmas in a way he hasn’t in years in order to make the holiday memorable for his nephew and Rebecca’s son. When Rebecca’s past and Roman’s secrets collide, the budding feelings in each of them are threatened. Because of that, neither of them feels confident in what they have to offer the other in a relationship. They must decide if they’re willing to take the risk of revealing their feelings. Or if protecting their hearts is more important. Will their love be the shining light that guides them through the hurt and brings Roman home to Serenity not just for Christmas but for good? I'm sure it is a challenge to take on writing a trilogy at Christmas but Kimberly you do it so well. This is book 3 in this year's trilogy and it winds them all together for a spectacular finish. The other fact that makes this set special is that is includes characters from her newest family. Roman has dealt with a lot over the years he has become a very fine man. I loved how he stepped up when he was needed. Rebecca, I just loved her sweetness and how she is a fine example of a servants heart. This is truly a great book with a fantastic ending. Highly recommend this series. Pure, Christian theme, family, Christmas. Hard to find anything wrong with the book\series overall.
I think Ms. Jordan is a great storyteller, and this series is another good one. Some parts of the main character's situations are not everyday issues, but many are. They are all shown as how God can help us deal with anything that comes our way, especially if we know family and friends are with us. I do not usually get interested in what 4 or 5 star reviewers have to say, but am interested in what 1 and 2 star reviewers find lacking. It was disappointing to see that none of them actually left a review. As a courtesy to the author, it seems that you might want to offer some help in how to improve if you saw the story as so poorly done.
Loved this story as well as the others. Roman returning to Serenity Point because his sis Joyce was having a baby but with comp!I at I on before, he and Rebecca grew closer together. He was able to keep Craig away from Aaron and Rebecca. Roman also found peace again and faith in God like his mother instilled in him and his sisters while growing up. Beautiful story.
There is nothing better in a story than a perfect match. This story had some suspense and a little bit of worry, but thank God, He was with all of the characters. That Star still leads us to the One who is the reason for Christmas and for every day. very good!
Christmas in Serenity Point is like the star that first Christmas
The star that led wise men from afar, is still leading family to find the hope of Christmas. The three children broken apart by such tragedy and the three people joined in like situations, come together through the faith, hope and grace of the season.
Once again Kimberly Rae Jordan has given her readers an outstanding series! These stories were filled with entertaining characters, intriguing storylines, and Christian values. If you're interested in these qualities in your reading then give the series a try. It gets better with each installment!
If we are strong and have faith we can overcome all things
The three books were fabulous, I just really loved them and loved how the last book finished all the series. I love the sweet family of this book. After such a horrible life and hardship and even cancer with the love of God they got back on track and kept on going and even gave much needed service to others.
The last book of the series & the last sibling to get their HEA and life partner. Cancer attacked Roman but he survived as seen in ch 2. From there, with a changed perspective, he dives into life, family & enjoying relationships again. Plus he gets to know his siblings as adults & appreciate their skills.
Getting past his own issues, making mistakes with Rebecca, spoiling two little boys. Roman moves through the time and finds peace again. I'd love to hear they filled the house with kiddos of their own, and more about Ben and Zoe and any children they have.
Roman and Rebecca both have past that they struggle with. Roman being reunited with his sisters has led him to meet Rebecca. This is a very inspiring and refreshing story.
Oh my oh my, the other two books were amazing this third one WOW 🤩 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩Hundred thousand time over. For a while there this ending, I did not think it was going to happen. Read read read all the way through. It is that good. Love this series.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It showed me that no matter what we go through in life. It’s where God wants us to be as long as we allow him to control our lives.
Great read for the holiday season. Just love reading everything Kimberly writes. Am waiting for her next series. Never loved to read until I found these great books especially with the Christian background.
I loved this book. It shows how, no matter the reason, you can always come back to God. A great story, wonderful characters and excellent writing made this book so easy to enjoy.
I loved this story. So pure and it was a delight to read. No violence, sex or scary parts, just s feel good story about a family going through normal family stuff! Good book!!
I enjoyed reading about Roman and how he interacted with his siblings but felt that the story lacked some of the depth that the other two stories possessed. It was almost too predictable. Still, in my opinion, a good read.
Great ending to the series! It's not fast paced, but contemplative and relaxing to read - a wonderful Christmas read. You'll want to read all 3 books, in order if possible!
I didn’t want this trilogy to end. I read them all beginning to last in succession & was completely immersed in the story. Very well written & engaging.
A fantastic end to this Christmas trilogy. As usual Kimberley has built a cast of loveable and realistic characters. It’s a story full of love and hope, and the true meaning of Christmas.
