This biography is about the former Chelsea F.C footballer John Terry. John Terry was most known for his strength, great leadership and fantastic ability in defence. Although in 2010 John Terry was involved in a scandal regarding John Terry’s England teammate Wayne Bridge and his girl friend Vanessa Perroncel. The scandal was that there was a court meeting about allegations that John Terry had an affair with Vanessa while still together with Wayne Bridge and because of all this drama John Terry was striped of his captaincy for the England squad right before the 2012 FIFA World Cup. Despite all these allegations and court hearings John Terry went on win the UEFA Europa League the next year and finish his Chelsea career in 2016. This teaches us that no matter what troubles you encounter in life you can still have a great career if you own up to your actions and take full responsibility for them. I would recommend this book to people who want to learn about John Terry’s life behind the scenes of his football career and also want to gain some more information on how much he changed football for the better in regards to the defensive aspect of the game.

It's not bad a book if you want to read about John Terry's history. Did you know that he was courted by Manu as a kid?
