Short book with comforting reflections on God’s deep love for us. Speaks against the idea that God is a wrathful judge all the time, and instead meditates on the fact that He literally made his body physically available 24/7 in a desire to have greater intimacy with his children. Also gives practical advice on how to make the most out of adoration, as well as a full chapter of Scripture reflections and questions to use in your Holy Hour.

A quick read, containing helpful insights, and serves as a helpful companion guide to Eucharistic Adoration! My favorite chapter is "God's Not Afraid of Your Mess," which contains a delightful story about his daughter who remarked, "I know I'm a mess, and you know I'm a mess, but you know you love me, and I know you love me." What a beautiful prayer for us all!

It is a very amazing book. I loved the short sections that gave deep thought and allowed for reflection. I recommend this book to anyone interested in beginning going to adoration and deepening your faith and life meeting Jesus in adoration.

I appreciated how Hart broke down the different ways to spend time in Eucharistic Adoration. His ideas are practical, and he is realistic and human in his suggestions. This will be coming with me the next time I go to adoration. . . along with a journal. A valuable worship aid.
