Who Let the Wolves Out?

Rate this book
Six months have passed and summer vacation has finally ended. It's time for Micka and Noah to return to Bran Prep High for their last year of high school. After investigating for the FBI—which consisted of getting into sticky situations with the supernatural and constantly risking their lives to save their friends and, in fact, the entire world—Micka and Noah believe that they will finally be able to have a normal teenage life. But the FBI sends them on another investigation. This time, on werewolves. It doesn't help that Diego Dirus makes an unexpected visit, knocking on Micka's room and greeting his 'favorite pup' with a sexy grin, heart-melting accent, and bold sleeve tattoos. The boys quickly find themselves knee-deep in werewolf affairs. Maybe their senior year won't be as normal as they had hoped.

Alright so before I started "who let the wolves out", I didn't read "who let the vamps out" completely, so I went in with a little bit of information lack, surprisingly that didn't pose any huge problems (as I honestly feared).

So I went into this with high expectations, I.J. Hidee is my favourite Author and I love their writing style. Straight from the start, I loved Micka, he always had sarcastic remarks, which I really enjoyed. So at the beginning of the book there was, in my opinion, quite a big information dump, so because of that the beginning felt a little rushed, but it quickly cleared up again and everything fell into place.

Honestly though, my favourite aspect, which also made me a little sad is Astrid and Micka's relationship. Since I didn't read the end of the first book, I was genuinely a little shocked that Astrid rejected Micka, especially because of their tension :')
Although I was a bit sad (because I thought they were amazing together) I loved the fact that they talked it out. All in all what really made me love the book were the characters, Aleksei's and Noah's relationship is really sweet, just the fact Alexsei tries so hard for him is >>>>
I didn't necessarily need Diego and Micka to be together, though I think Diego took the part up on being Micka's neutralising counter part very well (I doubt I'll ever prefer him over Astrid though tbh) and the plot wasn't the most capturing but the end still had my heart.

That's why this will be like 3.5 stars, but round up that'll be 4 stars.
I think this wasn't I.J. Hidee's best book, but it is better than many other books I've read.

Love this Author.

This is the second book to 'Who let the vamps out?', and I just finished reading it. It was a great enjoyable read. I love all the humor , action, romance this book was packed with.

My first book from this Author was actually Conan the dandelion and seeing as I liked her writing from that book , I decided to read some of her other books and I'm glad I did.

Give this series a read.
