This one was probably my favorite to listen to! The whole storyline and characters sucked me right in! Loved every word of it.

Target 3 feet high and rising
Kate Bold is an absolute mastermind in psychological thrillers. Kaylie Brooks just can't stay out of her own way. But take a look at what she married into. With twists and turns and a fast paced zinger, you won't know what hit you. Sleep? Not when you start this series!!!

I don't know, this book wasn't as exciting as the other three.
I was hoping that the major storyline of the crime case would be more interesting but sadly, it was boring and at times, became disinteresting.
I do like that we're getting closer to finding out what happened to Kaylie's sister Jess. The other sub-plot of Brett's family and them seeking revenge on Kaylie is picking up too. My only hope is that both these plots have a fantastic conclusion!
Lets see what the final book brings us.

In my opinion, Last Shot is far from the best book in the series. There is an excessive description of places, people, clothing, architectural styles, and decoration to detriment of the plot/story, i.e. the book could be shorter and more straight to the point. I enjoyed the ending and I'm looking forward to reading what will happen next.
