The Bookposal
Working within a bookstore in Memphis, seventeen-year old Tiffany Mohan finds a book with handwritten notes inside. Without hesitation, she writes back, not expecting a single thing. Returning the next day, she opens the same book to find a response written right below hers. It’s a debut novel from a young author, which shows. But it also makes the voice of a young character seem authentic. I haven’t finished yet, but the premise is sweet.

First & Foremost I wanna say thank you for sending me this eARC!
With that being said, I’m going to leave an honest review.
I enjoyed myself throughout the whole book and didn’t feel bored. It is clear while reading that this was written by a young author, however I feel this enhanced the 2 main characters because it puts you in the headspace of a teenager. There are trigger warnings for Panic Attacks (I can relate to this) & Eating Disorders. Definitely a sweet love story of teenage/early adulthood.
The only negative I had was there were quite a few spelling errors but with a debut novel that is to be expected.
All I have left to say is I hope there is a follow up story?!

What a fantastic start!
I read this because a friend told me it was written by a local girl who is only 15!!! It is set mostly in Memphis where we now call home. I enjoyed it, reading and places and hearing street names that I know made me smile. The vocabulary tells you this was written by a younger author, and I personally feel there was TOO much attention to clothing (styles, colors, and brands), but it really put me in the headspace of a high school student. The love story is sweet, and it was no hardship reading through the whole book. I did keep wondering if it was all too good to be true?!? Will there be a follow up story? Will we hear about the wedding plans? The baby shower? I will continue to follow the author in hopes she writes more.

I want to thank Zoë for sending me this arc, this was so nice of her! This is a very cute debut novel I don't usually read ANY romance novel, or at least focused on the romance but it was good to change it up a bit, If you're thinking about reading this book it will be fun and you won't regret giving this a try! Once again thank you Zoë for giving me the chance of reading your novel!

I loved this so much, it’s so good. I love how Tiffany and Jayden met with the book. I can’t wait to read about this next chapter of their lives in the next book!!!

The Bookposal is a book I've been working on for the past 2 years, and I can't wait for you guys to read! There are two main characters, Tiffany and Jayden, in which you will see both of their POVs. A few chapters will also include the POVs of a few friends, giving you insight in much more than just two people going through life.
Due to the fact I am still learning Reedsy's formatting, I was unable to exclaim about a few trigger warnings throughout the book. Once I figure out how, I will include it in the pages. Here are the trigger warnings: Eating Disorders, Panic Attacks
The Bookposal is a novel I know you'll love! With cheesy teen romance and the small journey of adulthood, it's a romance packed book with my care and love spread throughout.
