Tiny lessons can make a big impact.22 Tiny Lessons That Changed My Life In 2022 is a book I wrote to capture all the life lessons I learned in 2022.
Between getting married, moving to New York City, and returning to in-office work, I learned a lot.
In this (short) book, I'll share some personal stories. We'll discuss topics such as productivity, relationships, and self care.
It just takes one little insight to change the trajectory of your life.
I always enjoy reading books that contain actionable advice. My hope is that you'll be able to take some of the lessons I've learned and apply them to your own life. This is the book that I wish I could bring into a time machine and gift to my past-self.

Hi there! I’m Maneetpaul Singh, but I almost always go by Maneet (pronounced muh-neet). I’m a YouTuber, author, and digital creator who’s passionate about helping people fall in love with reading—one e-reader at a time.
Since 2020, I’ve been sharing my love for book tech on YouTube, focusing on Kindles, e-readers, and the tools that make reading easier and more enjoyable. With over 30,000 subscribers, I’ve built a community of book lovers who are just as excited about the future of reading as I am.
When I’m not creating videos, I’m diving into nonfiction with my monthly book club, where we explore big ideas and practical lessons. I also send out a weekly newsletter to share insights and keep the conversation going.
These days, I call Connecticut home, where I’m always on the hunt for the perfect slice of pizza.
Honestly, this book wasn't super helpful to me, but I didn't order it for it to help me. I was curious about the author and what he had to say about his 2022, so I had some free Kindle money and used it to purchase this. And I was pleasantly surprised. To be clear -- there were no moments of inspiration for me, but that's because I'm 50 years old and I've already had most of them. But these are some lessons and tips that I think would be incredibly helpful for most people to read, especially those relatively early in their careers (think, 20-30 year olds). I would highly recommend it for them. And, best of all, it's a really quick read and a cheap purchase, so why not? Go for it. And I shall now check out these YouTube videos he talks about in his book... 9/10.
This book is short but it packs a punch of wisdom. I picked it up because I follow Maneetpaul on YouTube and was interested in what he learned this year, but I did not anticipate how much I needed to hear a lot of these lessons too. It’s a short but so worth it book snack!
2022 is the year I read my first self-help style book. This book is an excellent way to end a year of learning. This book is an excellent summary of what I have discovered about productivity, habit-building, and happiness. While it may be short, the briefness and clarity of these lessons will make them an excellent resource if you need tidbits of inspiration or encouragement.
The book is very nice, read in just a couple of hours. Maneetpaul truthfully narrate 22 lessons learned in his life, the book is very nice and gives you good advice. It contains topics I had already heard in other books but it is nice to have them collected in one small guide. Happy to have read it, recommended.
First of all, love the no fluff vibe of writing style this book has. Very informative and straight to the point. And actually useful insights and lessons that I find myself also sharing with you! Thank you!
