Desperate to solve the case before another child disappears, Detective Lawson must uncover the truth before worried parents bring the town to the brink of chaos.
I highly recommend this collection of books if you like suspense at its best involving kidnappings with police, the FBI, and civilians trying to solve each case. All three stories grabbed my attention from the beginning, and it wasn't solved until the end. In the first story, twin girls are kidnapped by a member of a MC gang who wants revenge against the father of the girls for killing a woman he loved. The father is the president of the MC gang he belongs to. The mother of the twins is an innocent other than being married to the father of the twins before they were born. She is like an enraged Momma Bear and does everything in her power to save her daughters when she thinks the police Chief isn't doing enough. She gets the help of a lawyer she once dated and their romance is rekindled when the action gets intense. The other two stories are just as intense, and I am glad I bought this collection of books. This was my first time to read anything by this author and it won't be my last.
Great read about a kidnapping of twin sisters in a small town USA. Miranda's life is undone when her ex husband, comes back to their hometown and immediately, her twin daughters disappear. She just knows that her ex. Dante has done the deed. The whole of the story centers around how the deed was done & finding the girls. Miranda's s attorney friend is there to hold her hand & help her through this trying time. The story is a good one with lots of excitement. So grab a copy & settle in. Marie Wilkens is a talented author,as her writing shows, you won't be disappointed.

There are 3 stories in the Alone at Home series. They were all great! So intense, with lots of twists and turns. Not my usual genre but I will definitely be checking out more of Ms. Wilkens books!
The first storyline wasn't as suspense filled as the other. The boys kidnapping story kept you going...in the very end Sally solving the case and it's surprising ending...was great.
Another great mystery by Marie Wilkins, keeps you guessing to the end. Hate to put down. Can’t wait to read another one. Highly recommend if you love a great mystery.
You people should just read these books yourselves and write your own review on these books. I really enjoyed reading these books very much. Shelley Ma
