I really hope this is the beginning of a series. I also hope the next chapter might be longer. My big issue is once the story took hold, the episode was over as if concluded and I had far too many questions. It was cleanly edited and easy to read. I want more from this.
The descriptions and unusual circumstances of the classroom setting allow for a good range of vocabulary in this short story. The glossary at the end is very helpful and I like the engagement in the questions at the end with the writing part to round out the learning experience.
