1978, hardcover edition, Evans, NY. 189 pages, b&w photo gallery. Bobby Vinton has been a professional singer for more than 50 years. He's had gold records, lots of fame and fortune, and been a fixture on the Vegas casino circuit. Here is his story, that continues to this day.
I love love love Bobby Vinton but I should have seen this book was published in 1978. I wanted to know about his life but it's about show business which I guess is his life
This book was published in 1978. We are now in 2024. I wish he'd write a new book about his life. This one was more about show business & how Melody of Love became a hit.
I’m related to Bobby Vinton through a distant great great great polish grandmother who was sisters to Bobby’s great great something or other, so as a part of my genealogy research I read this book. It is terrible. He’s whiny about his music journey and his boring accounts of deals and snubs are tedious. He occasionally shares a funny fan story. The only parts I enjoyed were the two or three references to his grandmother and the rich Polish heritage as he grew up.
