There is a whole series of these types of books. They are lots of fun because the book provides a critical examination and technique identifying strategies for solving real life crimes. The investigation helps build background knowledge and content area knowledge. Also provides students with field guide tools such as reading cues, prompts, call-outs, highlighted words and diagrams. I suggest students read in class or in their spare time and be very engaged.

Dust and Busted takes a forensic look at fingerprinting. Through true-life cases readers learn about the various techniques used to uncover and process finger prints, how to become a fingerprint expert and the history of finger printing. For anyone who has a mind for solving problems, Dusted and Busted is a great read!

This book told about solving mystery like using glue tics invisible finger prints and catching criminals. Over all I really would recommended this book because it has many interesting facts.
