I love pink, long walks on the beach, dances in the kitchen, and punching people in the face . . . Well, okay, I'm not all about hitting people, but it's good money, and I'm good at it.
Fighting in underground clubs is how I pay for food, meds for my mom, and pinklicious nail polish. Then all the clubs were shut down.
My family was going to starve, and my mom was gonna get worse. (Depression is no joke, and it's my fault she is like that. More on that later.) Things were going downhill fast.
Maybe that's why I accepted the invitation. It wasn't like I want to get married. Shoot, I'm only twenty-four.
So, I entered the annual Marriage Auction. Marry a rich man, and your life will change for the better.
Of course - there was a glitch - I didn't just marry ONE man . . . Nope - instead - it was THREE!!
Tristan The single Dad. Super rich and only wants a wife so his seven-year-old son has a mom. He has no interest in finding love, his heart still belongs to his dead wife.
Ethan Trust fund kid. Need I say more? Total bad boy, bad attitude, and so many tattoos. Has no interest in being married, but his Grandpa made it a clause in the will. Now he has to be married or lose everything.
Adam Recluse. Don't know much about him, but he has some dark past that he won't talk about. Well, write about. I never met him. He writes me letters, but won't leave his house. His best friend bought me for him and now he is stuck . . .
This was written so badly. Please don’t waste your time or money on this. One of the male characters hated her for literally NO reason. It was so forced and cringy. I can’t believe a grown adult wrote this & said yeah this is it. No it’s not.
The concept was interesting but there were many typos and the story was left unfinished. Overall dissatisfied with my read and felt like it had so much more potential than payoff.
My read of the year for 2023! A book that literally has it all. A great setting, interesting in depth characters with interesting backgrounds and goals, filled with sexy scenes as well as suspense and tension. It's a roller coaster ride where you never know what happens next and you want to keep reading to find out. Highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed!
🌶️🌶️🌶️ I can't wait to see how the characters progress in the next book. Hopefully Adam gets that stick out of his ass 😂. I liked the broody men and the badass FMC. The banter was fun, and Bri had me cackling. A fun medium paced spicy romance!
Loved this book. Left me hanging at the end and salivating for the next book. Definitely recommend, all characters in this book are complex and have a lot of challenges to overcome and I personally can’t wait to see it all unfold
Not sure why I am giving this two stars the book did not really end it said duet but where is the second book to finish. There was so much that did not make sense reading this.
3/5 stars… unfortunately this book had way more writing errors than Callie’s first published book. Some spots were hard to get through. I love the storyline and I wished the book was longer to get more story between the characters. But I can’t understand Adam hating her for NO REASON? Ava is mad at one or more of the characters and then 2 sentences later she’s in love with them? What about Judy? Does she know all of the lies or is she innocent in everything? And why did Ethan’s dad suddenly decide he was fine with his son marrying a homeless and that he wasn’t going to take his inheritance from him? I have so many questions…
