Kayla Marceilo left Boston after learning her fiancé, Ty Lawrence, had deceived her. Breaking off her engagement, Kayla returned to her hometown to work in her mother's catering business. A year later, she receives a phone call from Ty. He says he has changed, moved to Farrington, and wants a second chance.

A Matter Of Trust is a 2007 Heartsong book by Lisa Harris that I had never read. I mistakenly believed this was a historical romance when I ordered it, but despite that, I liked this contemporary story.

I purchased a paperback copy of this book.

Author was extremely detailed in a lot of things; I found my mind wandering from the story.
