If you've seen the series "Limitless with Chris", this book felt to me like notes taken from individual episodes, and I drew more inspiration on changing my lifestyle from that series. Additionally, the book delves into which nutrients, micronutrients are important and their essence for longevity. However, the author herself suspected that the average reader wouldn't remember this information, so she constantly reminded these details in a style like, "Remember when I wrote about...? If not, no worries, it's..." Of course, I don't recall that, and I won't know what was being talked about shortly after because there's a lot of information, as the author sarcastically noted in one paragraph, "You're not here to memorize the book, are you?" Personally, I bought it to change my lifestyle a bit, not to become an expert who can effortlessly list things like tryptophan. The author often uses abbreviations for which I would appreciate a glossary to always check what the abbreviation means. In the plans, she mentions that for post-fasting days, she recommends eating vegan, but the overwhelming majority of recipes are vegetarian. It might be a translation error since I haven't read the original, so I can't fully judge. I would also appreciate at least an example of how to put together a meal in each phase of the plan. The author herself admonishes the reader that they can calculate it in an app, but we buy such a book precisely to make things easier, and with this book, one has to compile the plan themselves and read the book at least twice to incorporate everything.
