Kinsy McVay grew up in Southwest Kansas and received his Fine Arts Degree from the University of Kansas. He and his wife, Tricia, live in Fort Worth, Texas, with their two sons. He currently teaches elementary art to a wonderful group of kids who where the inspiration for his first book.
