Where are the men that are yearning like this?

Juliet could have just ran away with Romeo. Why did she have to pull a dramatic (failed) stunt?

It was interesting to compare Shakespearean to modern language because Shakespeare and his writing is so literary and poetic but so hard to understand so having the modernised translation was needed and guided an appreciation and understanding to Shakespeare and his way of interpreting his story.

By far my least favorite of Shakespeares plays. I just cringe whenever I hear it mentioned, or a new "version" of it comes out in the theatre or the movies.
