This book was read in conjunction with Delivering Knock Your Socks Off Service. I am glad that they were read within the same week. This book further assisted me in better understanding the concept of an advertising campaign and branding. This was not a quick read. Nevertheless, I was compelled to finish it. The author, Barry Callen, actually penned this book for business managers. It was evident that he had been successful as well as unsuccessful in several instances (thus he learned valuable lessons to impart to others).
