We really enjoyed this book a lot! I loved the abundance of original, historical artwork depicting Benjamin Franklin throughout his life. My son especially liked the pictures of the lightening rod and the original odometer. I love how the book was divided by the things he did and I felt there was a lot of good, easy to understand information without getting bogged down into the tedious details. It was a little on the longer side, but not too long. It held my 6-year-old's attention as I read it to him during snack time. I'd say it took us about 15-20 minutes to read through.
The easy to read timeline at the back was awesome too. Great job, National Geographic!
